Komen does not organize, sponsor, or oversee any participant-led training walk events. These events are independently organized by third parties, and Komen assumes no responsibility for their planning, execution, or safety measures.
- Any use of Komen's name, logo, or branding in connection with these events is not an indication of sponsorship or endorsement. Organizers are required to include a statement clarifying that the event is not affiliated with or managed by Komen.
- Participants in these events should be aware that Komen is not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses that may occur. Participants are encouraged to exercise caution and ensure their safety during the event.
- By participating in or organizing a participant-led training walk event, individuals acknowledge and agree to these terms. Komen reserves the right to request the removal of its branding from any materials that do not comply with these guidelines.
- Open to all attendees. Komen does not organize registration for participant-led training walks.
